Finding the Arch in the archive

This paper explores how and where Archbishop Desmond Tutu's life and work are represented in various archival materials. It then proposes some areas of research collaboration and value. Presented by Professor Simon Tanner at the Desmond Tutu: Spirituality, Social Justice and Leadership colloquium (6 April 2022). The colloquium commemorates the life and work of Nobel Prize winner the late Desmond Tutu.

Hosted by King’s College London, UK (KCL) and the University of the Western Cape, South Africa (UWC). Both universities had close associations with the late Archbishop. The event was led by Professor Linda Woodhead (KCL) and Professor Sarojini Nadar (UWC).
